Recycling Drawing Rules

By participating in this drawing, the contestant consents to the following rules:

1) Each shipment of 10 or more lamp cages received by Projector Lamp Services, LLC (PLS) will be counted as (1) entry in the recycling drawing. A ticket will be assigned for each entry. The ticket will be labeled with the contestant's name, phone number, e-mail address and company/employer information if necessary.

2) All projector lamps must be labeled with the make and model of the projector from which they were removed and the participant's name to qualify for the raffle.

3) There will be (3) drawings only. 1st drawing reveals the 2nd Runner Up and winner of free Skip n' Ship (expedited services worth $35.00 USD) , Second drawing reveals the Runner Up and winner of a certificate eligible for (1) free relamp, (worth approximately $250.00 USD), 3rd drawing reveals the Grand Prize Winner of a brand new front projector (value to be determined).

4) No purchase necessary.

5) The housing and reflector must be intact upon receipt to qualify as an entry.

6) Lamp cages sent for this recycling drawing will not be returned and will become the property of PLS.

7) There can only be one winner per drawing.

8) Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

9) Contestant participation in this drawing constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions.

10) Shipping lamp cages to PLS will be the contestant's responsibility.

11) All prizes will be awarded to the individual contestant. Contestant will determine where/ how the prize will be used. Offer void and not valid in places of employment where raffles such as these are prohibited.

12) Drawing valid April 1, 2010 through July 1, 2010.

13) Drawing is not open to employees of PLS, and their immediate families.

14) Drawing void where prohibited by law.

15) Contestants must be at least 18 years of age.

16) All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

17) Barring unanticipated circumstances, the expected prize delivery time is 3-4 weeks after drawing. The winning participants will be notified by July 30, 2010 via phone. The winners will also be listed on the www.relampit.com winner's page.

18) Drawing is subject to all federal, state and local laws.

19) All packaged lamp cages must be received by July 1, 2010. PLS is not responsible for late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated lamp cages.

20) PLS is not responsible for any problems that arise as a result of forfeiture of lamp cages.

21) All decisions made by PLS regarding this drawing are final.

22) Winners agree to let PLS or related PLS properties use their picture and/or their likeness for promotional purposes.

23) PLS is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions.
