Recycling Service Request |
The Recycling Request Form should be packed with the projector bulbs you would like PLS to recycle. This helps us to properly identify all incoming bulbs. If you are sending more than one projector lamp,please be sure to label each lamp with the make and the model of the projector from which it was taken. A majority of the components will be re-used, making PLS more than just a disposal center, but a true recycling center! Please print the form, fill it out and ship it with your projector lamps to:
