Please do not use our online ordering to purchase in-stock lamps! You must call or email us to confirm availability of the lamp model you need, prior to ordering. +1(631) 244-0051 ext 104 or sales@relampit.com.
The ReLamping Order Form should be packed with the projector bulbs you would like RelampIt to re-lamp. This helps us to properly identify all incoming bulbs, and contact you upon receipt of your package. Please print the order form, fill it out, sign the bottom and ship it with your projector lamp to:

RelampIt is not responsible for any lamps received and left without the proper paperwork (ie. order form or company PO) for more than 14 days. Lamps left for more than 14 days may be recycled. Always send in a completed order form or company PO with your lamp(s).
Please note: All payments will be processed following completion of service. If you would like to apply for Net 30 terms with RelampIt, please print, complete, and fax the credit application to 631-244-0053.
