PLS does NOT sell rebuilt projector lamps as new or OEM lamps to any market in any part of the world. All RelampIt! lamps are marketed and sold as relamped. Projector Lamp Services Shipping Policy |

A ReLamping Order Form or our Recycling Request Form, depending upon service requested, must accompany all lamps shipped to PLS. Projector Lamp Services is not responsible for any lamps received and left without the proper paperwork (i.e. order form or company PO) for more than 14 calendar days. Lamps left for more than 14 days may be recycled. Always send in a completed form or company PO with your lamp(s).

If sending multiple lamps, each must be labeled with the make and model of the respective projector.

PLS ships all refurbished lamps to the customer via standard UPS Ground (in the continental United States). UPS Ground shipping is included in the service price. Please note: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes . International customers and customers in AK and HI must call or e-mail for a shipping quote.

As a courtesy, PLS will ship using a different carrier or service type (ex. 2-day or overnight shipping) at the customer's request. However, these requests will incur additional shipping charges. Please call or e-mail us for a special shipping quote.

Shipping fees are not subject to refund.

NEW: PLS will require all customers to pay shipping insurance on all orders larger than $600. All insurance waivers must be provided to PLS in writing BEFORE the order ships. If the customer chooses to waive insurance fees, the standard coverage is $100 per shipment. For insurance rates and questions, please contact PLS at 631-244-0051 ext 104 or sales@relampit.com. |
