| Projector Lamp Services, LLC, exhibitied at InfoComm '08, providing none other than the latest information and product offerings in projector lamp replacement. This year the exhibition took place from June 18-20, 2008 in the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas Nevada. PLS shared a booth with Mr. Raymond Schmacher of Kennedy Webster Electric Co. Kennedy Webster is a leading provider of hard to find specialty and general use light bulbs for businesses |

and consumers. The combination of PLS & KW made for a very active booth. The number of attendees with particular re-lamping interest inspired us. We had a very successful exhibition at InfoComm '08 this June. PLS would like to say, Thank You to all who visited our booth; you helped to make this another outstanding year for PLS ReLamping. We will be exhibiting next year at InfoComm '09 in Orlando, Florida; hope to see you there! |
| PLS continually strives for improvements in re-lamping quality and customer service. The latest addition to our product offering, Osram bare lamps, strengthens this mission. Osram manufactures one of the best projection lamps available. Used in a variety of RPTV and front projector applications, Osram lamps promise uncompromised performance. PLS's extensive experience with thousands of different front projector and RPTV lamps has |

produced an extraordinary and reliable reference list. This enables PLS to sell bares lamps for many FP and RPTV models. More applications are being added daily. PLS is currently looking for regional dealers and distributors for Osram bare lamps as well as re-lamping services. Please call or contact us at info@relampit.com for more information about Osram bare lamps and/or to confirm availability of a bare lamp for your specific lamp module. |

| PLS would like to thank everyone who participated in Celebrating Earth Month with PLS. PLS is not only here to fulfill your re-lamping needs but to encourage our customers as well as the AV industry to recycle. During the month of April, which is also the month of observance for Earth Day, Projector Lamp Services, initiated PLS Earth Month. As this year was the first Earth Month celebration for PLS, we distributed a recycling voucher to our recycling participants. The voucher was valid for one free relamping service when 10 lamps were submitted for recycling to the PLS |
|
recycling facility. PLS not only feels proud to be a green company, but feels truly rewarded to be a part of a company whose clients also care about the state of our environment. Together we play a great role in recycling and conservation. As we celebrate Earth Day everyday, PLS will also continue to accept any amount of spent projector lamps for recycling, at no cost. For more information about our projector lamp recycling service, please visit our website www.relampit.com and click on the 'Recycle' tab. |

Q: "Can you change the bulb so that it lasts longer or so that it is brighter?"
A: Your projector was engineered for a certain level of brightness and lifetime. The power supply for a projector is manufactured to work with a specific lamp. If you change the lamp there can be an issue of incompatibility with the power supply. Possible overheating/cooling issues with different wattage lamps or different lamp specifications will affect projector performance. So if you are considering changing your projector bulb in hopes that it will last longer or you are seeking a brighter lamp, consider that there is a risk that your projector may not work properly.
As an option to help extend lamp life, several projectors provide "low lamp" or "economy mode" options. If you have this option available, try to use this as often as possible as this particular setting can increase the lifetime of your projector lamp. Please also remember that many pieces of equipment function at their best when they are clean and well maintained; this includes your projection display. For optimal performance and to extend the lifetime of your projector lamp, clean the filters on your projector. It has been suggested that projectors with filters be cleaned every 100 hours of use or 2-4 times per year depending upon your projection display. Be sure to check your projector manual for specific care instructions. For more tips on extending the life of your lamp- visit our website or click here. |
